This branding project was a freelance project  for a third-year Beauty Promotions student creating her Final Major Project. The brief was to develop visual assets for a PR and marketing campaign for The Body Shop, promoting zero-waste practices within the beauty industry.
Working closely with the client, I helped translate her campaign concept into a cohesive visual style. While she had a strong initial vision for the messaging and character elements, I was given creative freedom to explore the overall aesthetic, illustration style, and typographic approach.
The final poster features entirely hand-drawn typography, with each letter uniquely illustrated to create a playful, organic feel that reflects the campaign’s sustainability message.
Alongside the in-store poster, I also developed a series of character illustrations designed for use across social media, bringing personality and consistency to the campaign visuals.
Below is some of my design process.
