Housing 2025
Housing is the leading event for the housing industry to meet industry professionals, gain industry insight and conduct business deals.
This project was my first exhibition design and it was really exciting to attend the event at see it in person.
Once I was given the stand dimensions and pre-agreed furniture (that being the pallet wall/counters and the TV screen) I started working on the artwork for each wall.
I focused on creating custom icons for this event, and working on such a large scale I had to considering height placement throughout my design. I also had to consider spacing and positioning of the literature and merchandise.

Below you can see some mockups that were used during feedback.
ScrewFix Live
ScrewFix Live is an annual and free event bringing together over 200 top trade brands to showcase new tools, offer exclusive discounts, and provide live demonstrations for professionals and DIY enthusiasts.
Although Vent-Axia has exhibited at ScrewFix Live previously, this was my working on this event. This project incorporates a custom faux loft installation to showcase key products, an interactive ‘spin the wheel’ feature to drive engagement, and clear access to supporting literature.
With the everyday DIYer as the target audience, I integrated customer reviews from the Screwfix website to make the products easy to understand without relying heavily on technical detail.
Through careful layout planning, I maximised the stand’s footprint to encourage visitors to move through the full space, helping the team engage customers effectively and support on-the-day sales.
Elemental London
Elemental London is a dedicated event for built environment professionals responsible for reducing energy use and carbon emissions in commercial and large-scale residential projects.
This event provided an opportunity to showcase our Lo-Carbon range to the NBR and Social Housing sectors. As part of the brief, I incorporated a kitchen installation to feature one of our cooker hood units within a realistic setting.
Working with a larger footprint, I introduced greater depth and dimension across the stand graphics to create visual interest and elevate the overall presence.
To reduce reliance on printed literature, I integrated QR codes into each product installation, mounting panels slightly forward from the walls to encourage visitors to move through the space and engage with the content digitally.
Rexel UK
This event is hosted by wholesaler Rexel UK, to give their stockists and chance to share their marketing strategy and share business trends and our latest products.
Our objective was to reinforce how we support Rexel’s existing sales process for Vent-Axia products. The stand was designed to clearly communicate that all displayed marketing assets are readily available for them to use.
By highlighting our expertise and comprehensive support materials — including eBook learning resources, CPD training, product animations, feature-and-benefit guides, and printed literature — we aimed to build confidence in both our brand and sales team.
This was the largest event space I’ve designed for, so I introduced clear visual zoning to create a more inviting environment and encourage meaningful conversations with the team. These large stands also doubled as storage for our giveaway merchandise.
